We are please to announce details of our 17th consecutive summer holiday football scheme in Brockwell park! We will also be running girls-only sessions at the Yellow Qube Centre, Tulse Hill, and an in-house table tennis and football programme at Jubilee Primary School, Tulse Hill (Jubilee pupils only). This is the first time we have offered sessions every day during the summer holidays. The programme is being funded by Kitchen Social, Lambeth Council and the Peabody Trust – a huge thank you to them.
Along with free football coaching and meals, we will also be providing up to 80 free breakfast boxes a day consisting of Weetabix, milk, bread, fruit and baked beans courtesy of School Food Matters.
When: 20th July – 28th August / Monday – Friday / 11.00-2.00
Where: Brockwell Park (Tulse Hill side, adjacent tennis courts and BMX track)
When: 20th July – 28th August / Monday, 1.00-4.00 / Wednesday, 4.00-7.00 / Friday / 1.00-4.00
Where: Yellow Qube, 63 Christchurch Road, Tulse Hill SW2 3DH
Due to social-distancing measures still remaining in place, participants will have to book their time slot for Brockwell Park via the link below. PLEASE commit to any slot you reserve to avoid others missing out. Under current restrictions, we can only accommodate 20 participants per time slot.
Each participant will still receive a free meal at all sessions but this year it will come in a takeaway container to be eaten at home. We are awaiting updates from the FA and hope to return to regular football soon. Despite what you may have witnessed in parks and at other open spaces, full contact football is still not permitted under FA guidelines.
